Objectives

We would like to: 1, help girls find their dream-jobs, even if they are related to STEM and are not on higher educational level. 2, help teachers showing a method, how they can help girls with similar ideas. 3, help decision-makers of schools how to open their gates wider towards female students for STEM-related trainings.

Activities

1. Preparation in both counties 2. Lectures/workshops in elementary and vocational schools for classes 3. Took part on career-exhibitions in Budapest 4. Collected data about the phenomenon in the two countries 5. Evaluated the results in a booklet/online/face to face 6. Rose online awareness through social media campaigns

Impact

1. Face to face lectures/workshops 2. Video interviews 3. Online dissemination of knowledge 4. Online survey about ideas of women/girls learning STEM-related vocational trainings 5. Took part on career exhibition of Budapest to promote our project ideas 6. Held career guidance for girls related to STEM-ideas 7. Prepared professional relationship between multinational factories and vet schools 10. Prepared international relationship between participant vet schools of the two countries
