The aim of the project was to produce a comprehensive publication to support the work of youth workers in the fields of career guidance, job search and entrepreneurship. The "Compass" was created jointly by the three partner organisations: Játszótér Alapítvány, Tandem n.o. and Harghita Business Center Association, each contributing their own experience and knowledge. The publication was made available online for all interested parties. Our objectives can be divided into 3 parts: - To help youth workers by creating and publishing a collection of methodologies, - To help young people in career management and to find employment, - To build long-lasting partnerships between the participating organisations by supporting and expanding our own activities. We believe that all our objectives have been successfully achieved during the realisation of the project and we are currently working on further reflection and development of the programme.
