We had 3 project objectives which have been achieved successfully: Objective 1. Developed framework of international mentorship program for young people lead by youth workers (mentors) having experience in specific field relevant for current labour market as well as non-formal education. Objective 2. Involved 63 young people from 6 countries in mentorship programme and increased their key competences relevant for labour market. Initial objective was to involve 32 young people from 4 partner countries but we received significant interest also outside partnership, thus having enough resources we involved more youth from 3 additional countries than initially anticipated. Objective 3. Created a systematic approach of integrating mentorship programme into NGOs work and continue operating and organizing mentorship programme after the end of project.
