The project was created because the consortium members wanted to approach innovative curriculum development from an innovative aspect. The Erasmus+ KA220 grant made it possible to organize training, learn from each other, and create animated films and an IHEB E-handbook. These results treat the topics of healthcare, pedagogy, digital education, and digital education systems as a complex unit and approach the opportunity in its context. 8 subjects were completed with Moodle Etwinning support, which are available to registered students on the platform. An innovative element was e-twinning, for which we registered on the ITE ESEP EU platform. We also taught 4 subjects on a pilot basis. In the case of 1 subject, lecturers and student education organizers from 1 consortium partner university participated, and blended e-twinning education was implemented. We wanted to have modern innovative education development recommendations, for which we also provide assistance. It is also an achievement to be able to work together in a consortium at the EU level and achieve common results. The rapprochement of cultures, learning from each other, and cooperation have been achieved.

Following the successful signing of the grant agreement, the partnership agreements were prepared and signed. In 2021-2024, there was continuous online, personal and telephone consultation with the project partners. On March 10-12, 2022, we organised an opening meeting and Kick-Off meeting in Nyíregyháza (HU). All partners participated in the event. Here, we voted on the management board members and reviewed all planned tasks. We paid special attention to the acceptance and understanding of our financial regulations. We organised and prepared for the 4 trainings in chronological order, the aim of which was to provide the participants with an in-depth overview of the given topic area. The 4 indehep trainings (R1-R4, C1-C4): Healthcare (SAP University, Târgu Mureș 2022), Pedagogy (Selye J. University, Komarno, 2022), Digital Education (University of Debrecen, Nyíregyháza, 2022), E-learning Educational Systems (University of Presov, Presov, 2023). The latter training was delayed by 1-2 months, so the host university could take over the venue. At the end of each year, we requested the financial report, timesheets and summary partner financial tables, which appeared as an obligation in the bilateral contract. There was a difference in the number of participants compared to the plan, the operational organization with the partners and the specialists recommended by the consortium leader caused there were some events where we did not travel with as many people, while at another event we travelled with more people than planned. Within the category, these were balanced out in the summary. Following the training, we held a Workshop in Komarno in 2023, where we discussed the experiences, and selected the most important, most interesting Indehep handbook contents. In addition, we determined the exact names of the 8 subjects to be developed, and selected which 4 would be taught using the e-twinning method. We assigned which university to which university the joint innovative curriculum development would be carried out. We also discussed the deadlines. We also held a Management board meeting and a quality meeting continuously between 2021-2024, where we voted democratically and kept minutes. We planned the implementation of the IHEB E-handbook (with an ISBN number) and its translation into the national language for 2023, but we underestimated the time planning for this. It was absolutely necessary to continue the work in 2024, editing, consultation with more than 15 authors, linguistic and professional proofreading, correction, translation, finalization, and requesting an ISBN number were the many tasks. A document of more than 400 pages was produced, which also explains why we needed more time. The animated films were not ready by the summer of 2023, they were finalized a little later, at least after half a year. Justification: there were the same number of tasks with the short films as when directing a normal film. Tasks, brainstorming, creative work (this took a lot of time), technical work (sound, image), proofreading, correction, translation, and finalization. The result was 4+1 animated films – R7 - (health, pedagogical, digital education, digital education systems, all a summary of all topics, indehep intro) and infographics. In 2023, we started the development of the curriculum for 8 subjects (R9), an important element of which was the e-script, based on which the Moodle e-learning system could be uploaded. The principle was that all authors and contributors should use and apply what they learned in the training, taking into account what is described in the manual and the recommendations of the animated film. We announced the 4 e-twinning subjects (R10) as optional subjects at the consortium universities, which started with an appropriate number of students. They were taught together in class by teachers and students of different nations. Smaller and larger project tasks were solved during blended education. We registered for e-twinning on the ITE ESEP platform. For quality assurance and research purposes, we asked students and teachers about their evaluation and needs for innovative digital education. At dissemination conferences in Komarno (SK), Csíkszeredá (RO) and at the closing conference in Nyíregyháza (HU), we presented the Indehep results achieved so far to online, foreign and non-consortium interested parties. In project management, we held press conferences and press monitoring. A website and social media platform were created (R8). The challenge of the project arose due to changes in the external environment.
