▶Objectives
DEGREBE project wanted to achieve these short-term aims: • to expand the knowledge portfolio of sustainable agriculture of the target group (young agricultural workers/professionals and students) – key environmental issues and soft transversal) skills of GenZ workforce; through these soft (transversal) skills development, the target group can improve and reinforce their green skills as well • to expand the methodology knowledge of the target group (teachers/facilitators/trainers/mentors) – the use of gamification in education DEGREBE wanted to achieve these long-term aims: • to increase the employment rate in agriculture by the development of soft (transversal) and green skills • to raise the awareness of the importance of digitalization and gamification in education and trainings • to foster cooperation and communication among different sectors and fields • to bridge the gap dividing education from institutions and organisations • to promote digital tools in education DEGREBE results therefore contribute to a novel approach and a new methodology in education, and to raising awareness of environmental thinking.

Outputs: PR1 Digital educational package: • Knowledge base, 147 pages, 5 chapters (EN, BG, CZ, EL, HU) - online and downloadable • 5 online quizzes (EN, BG, CZ, EL, HU) - online • 5 decision trees (storylines) for the 5 pathways of the Avocado Boy game (EN, BG, CZ, EL, HU) • 1 digital game with 5 storylines of the Avocado Boy game (EN, BG, CZ, EL, HU) - online PR2 Trainers’ Guide • 77 pages, 5 chapters (EN, BG, CZ, EL, HU) – downloadable and printed (30 copies/partner) Other results produced by the project were: 1-1 multiplier events in Cyprus, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece and 2 in Hungary; Management related results (Project Management Plan, Interim report, progress report, final report); Quality related results (quality management plan, evaluation tools, evaluation reports); Dissemination related tools (dissemination strategy, Leaflet, 5 Newsletters, website, project social media accounts /Facebook and Instagram/, publications in local press in national languages, exploitation strategy).
