Our objective was to acquire greater awareness of the resources that exchange and mutual comparison in the social welfare field can offer. We were in fact aware that no one grows alone, but that only with the help of a large international community was possible to understand the problems related to social and health care, and from here we could come to appreciate the diversity of each of us, which distinguishes the human beings of today's society.We decided to work on the following Vet objectives : -Adapting vocational education and training to labour market needs; -Creation and Implementation of Internationalization strategies for Vet Providers. As our project was about the development of students and staff skills and competences and the development of a socially inclusive value set, we developed three main topics : 1.Social assistance and welfare 2.European identity, citizenship and values 3.Entrepeneurial learning .

In the project the activities implemented were observation, critical spirit and communicative exchange. The activities, carried out through cooperative learning and laboratories, have allowed all of us to develop and enormously expand an overall vision to better understand the field of social care and support in the social and healthcare sector. This is very important to ensure that society welcomes the needs of those who are less fortunate and makes them understand that we all have the right to a good quality of life. We planned to continue using the results of the project and to implement some of the activities even after the project's end.The work of our project is essentially the work of the modern European schools. Our Erasmus+ group will build the foundations for our on-going mission, which we will sustain beyond the official period of the project. In the future it will be the duty of the school supported by its local partners in the community and Education Authority to continue in the work begun in our partnership, allowing our youngsters to shine and building a harmonious, welcoming, respectful school community where students of all nationalities, ethnicities and faiths, learn together and care for one another.

Concretely, the students worked with diagrams, concept maps, group work, many guided tours all around the involved Countries and everything that made them understand how complex but at the same time fascinating the world of social and health services is. European exchange, with a view to growth that is increasingly open to diversity, allowed us to become aware of both our weaknesses and our strengths, so that each of us can be an aware citizen of the increasingly globalized world in which we live.We have organized a padlet with written record/summaries of the works completed during the project; we have produced a photographic/video record of our work and the various products created and services offered by our students as they engaged in our various activities.We have created the project web site where we share documents outlining age-appropriate, open-ended, collaborative, experiential learning activities designed to develop the key transversal skills required by learners. We shared pictures on various activities of how we worked towards the achievement of social inclusion .
