By implementing the Trade-off project, our main goal was to improve the digital skills of corporate trainers and provide them with the necessary tools to adapt to the changing digital environment. We wanted to ensure that trainers were able to offer quality training to company employees, through digital tools and methodologies. The implementation of the project has allowed us to achieve the following objectives: - Through training and the acquisition of advanced digital skills, trainers are now able to use digital tools and technologies to deliver effective and engaging training. - We have developed new training curricula that reflect the needs of the digital context and integrate the skills needed to face the challenges of digital transformation in companies, as well as improve the employability of trainers-participants. - Through the training of trainers, we can ensure that corporate training will be of high quality, relevant and able to meet the needs of employees, thus contributing to the success and growth of the companies themselves and to create digital citizenship in the company.
