โถObjectives
The objectives of the project are to attract more attention to the need of incorporating new working practices into a training process as they are not covered by the vocational school curricular in the slightest. As it is a small-scale project, we intended to spot some good practices, develop a model course syllibus and some relevant course contents to generate greater interest to this burning issue. We were able to produce some more innovative and more varied educational resources; including open educational resources, related to Co-working, for VET learners who at the present do not possess the needed key skills to work remotely. We wanted to familiarise educators and, respectively, their students, with new working practices, namely Co-working so as to meet the needs of the labour market and to bridge the gap related to skills mismatches between Education&Traning and the world of work. We also aimed to extend the supply of learning opportunities tailored to the needs of learners so that they could enhance their 21st century skills and become more responsive to the market requirements. By building capacity of organisations to work transnationally and across sectors we contributed to young people' higher employability.
