▶Objectives
Improvement of the teachers skills involved in the project, promoting VET; More attractive education and training programmes; Increased level of digital competence for target group; New approaches to better support VET education; Use of participatory approaches and ICT-based methodologies; More strategic and integrated use open educational resources (OER) in VET education.
▶Activities
1. Selection of staff involved in the project, quality assurance, budget control and time management, risk management, acquisitions, financial reports, archiving, reporting to the National Agency and European Commission; 2. Preparatory activities for the participating parties: - Identification of project groups and target groups in each partner - SWOT analysis (Advantages, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats at work) in each participating organization - conduct a preliminary study and develop presentations and reports summarizing all that information about VET situation in their educational system. 3. Project website https://www.toolsproject.eu/ with description of the project’s activities. The website has to give a reference point for being updated about carrying out of the project activities, about what has been achieved. It will collect and make available all the contents developed within the project’s activities. 4. -TPMs Meetings and LTTA --Three transnational project meetings (Spain, Croatia and Italy) -One Short-term joint staff training events, in Romania.

There have been: didactic laboratories; practical activities; Workshops and Roundtables; Final project conference for official launching of the project’s outcomes.
