▶Objectives
The TICHE project emerged from a comparison of European parters with great expertise on the topics of eco-innovation, the corcular economy, circular design, and sistenible development. Faced with an emerging need for green skills by economic actors in different sectors, the partnership worked over its 30-month duration to ensure the development and sharing, with a potentially unlimited number of stakeholders, of training offerings that could strengthen the responsiveness of VET systems in supporting the provision of tomorrow's professionals and workforce, qualified upskilling opportunities useful for the acquisition of knowledge and skills considered key in the double transition. The congruent efforts resulted in the co-design and piloting of the TICHE Academy, anticipating the current debate on circular economy, green jobs, green skills and also anticipating the Commission's very recent focus on sectoral and thematic academies for strengthening skills ecosystems.
▶Activities
During the 30-month implementation of the TICHE project, the partners collaborated to: - carry out a comparative analysis of good green training practices, present, in the different countries of the partnership (IT, G, GR, FL, IE), specifically the presence of training programs and curricula supporting the green and circular transition; - the development of a methodology for the analysis of green competencies emegneti and professional profiles most in demand in the mbitof 'green jobs' ; - the design , development and piloting of an international Academy for the strengthening of green and circular skills.
▶Impact
The main results of the TICHE project were as follows: - R1 - Comparative report of analysis of good green educational practices in the educational systems of the partnership countries. Document with written text, infographics, in English and with summaries in all partner languages. - R2 - Skills Catcher - methodology for analyzing the evolution of skills and identifying emerging skills needed to support the green and circular transition. Document with written text, infographics, in English and with summary in all partner languages; animated interactive resource posted on project website. - R3- Tiche Academy - design- document presenting the detailed design of the international TICHE Academy. The document in English, illustrates and details the training offer for upskilling of entrepreneurs, workers, consultants, young graduates about to enter the labor market. Since this is a blended offering, in addition to the detailed document, the training offering was also developed and implemented through the project website, Tiche-academy.eu - R4- TICHE Academy piloting report: the Academy training offer was tested by the different partners with target groups. The report analyzes the return data from the experiments, processes it and translates it into improvement actions for the Academy .
