▶Activities
Auscultation and research. An extensive research part was considered necessary to encopass all the aspects of diversity and how they could differently relate to different contexts. Research in the five partners countries included mapping of existing similar initiatives, stakeholders mapping and literature reviews. Training and Development. A critical component was the creation of training resources, focusing on the development of digital tools and methodologies for PA managers to enhance their DM skills. The training programme, methodologies, platform and content (PR1 and PR2) was complemented by activities for the Credit System (PR3) and the development of Policy Guidances (PR4). Pilot Projects: Pilot activities were carried in 4 countries out to test and validate the developed training resources. This involved feedback from selected experts and participants, allowing for continuous improvement of the resources and approaches used. Transnational Collaboration - The project adopted a transnational approach to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration among European countries, ensuring that best practices and tools could be adapted and transferred across different contexts. Dissemination Activities, networking and engagement - The project launched various dissemination efforts to spread its results and outcomes. This included creating a website to host the e-learning platform, using social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn) to engage with a wide audience and holding Dissemination Events in the Pilots countries. Lobbying and networking activities were carried out by partners at both national and European policy levels to raise awareness of the project's findings and promote the integration of DM skills into public administration training. Monitoring and Evaluation - A monitoring system was established to track the progress of the project, ensuring that activities aligned with the overall objectives and that feedback was incorporated into ongoing work to improve quality and effectiveness.
