โ–ถObjectives

OIE JOBS supported opportunities in acquiring and developing key competences, including basic skills in order to foster employ ability, socio-educational and personal development, as well as participation in civic and social life. It catered for adults, including NEETs, who lagged behind in mainstream education for personal, economic, social, psychological, physical, cultural or learning challenges and had therefore left school without those skills. The primary goal aimed to support the development, transfer and/or implementation of innovative web practices as well as the implementation of joint initiatives promoting cooperation, peer learning and exchanges of experience at European level. The project proposal initiative started by TRAMES given its experience in the subject and in the use of SIREN methodology and tools: the LMS Master Study multilingual development of the online platform up to readiness for internal pilot testing within partnership. The project focused on exchange of good practices between partner organizations and its staff. This small-scale partnership enabled participants' organizations to gain experience in international cooperation and strengthened their capacities.
