▶Objectives
The BLOSSOM (Building Learning Opportunities to Support Small Organisations for Multiculturalism) project was designed to strengthen the operational capacities of the small cultural association Katabba located in a remote and isolated area, in order to be able to collaborate with other organisations at the European level. In this way, the Katabba cultural association acquired the tools to be an active player in transnational cultural initiatives.
▶Impact
The concrete results of the BLOSSOM project were: 1) the production of an operational manual for small cultural associations, containing all the practices that small associations have to follow in order to collaborate at European level 2) The internationalisation plan of the Katabba Association, in which all the notions acquired during the realisation of the project were described in a strategy. This strategy represents the development path for Katabba at present and for the coming years to collaborate on a European level. 3) Training material (presentations) introducing the Erasmus programme and mobility or multilateral project management.
