PlayMore! By structuring our internal job placement program for people with disability, the project either helped empower people with disability or raised awareness about their employment potential to the eyes of local businesses. Partner Organizations Besides the added value of the Exchange of Practices, the visibility of an European Project helped the more experienced partner organizations to raise awareness among local businesses about the opportunities that people with disability can have within the job market

The main result has been the creation of a Training Format for newcomers into the world of Job Placement of people with disability. The format is particularly suitable for Italian organizations, due to a major involvement of Italian institutions and agencies in the making and delivery of the program. Another important result is that PlayMore! officially structured its own Job Placement program for people with disability, offering internships to the ones who need a smoother first step into the job market before jumping to a private enterprise.
