Trends in adult education show the need to reduce training days and optimize the resources used in training. To date, HBN and Diciannovesettanta mainly organize and conduct face-to-face training courses for adults. They require renting classrooms, paying teachers' fees, organizing the placement of those who wish and investing financial and human resources. We would like to streamline and modernize the process, while strengthening the capacity of companies and creating fruitful international partnerships. Forming the idea of ​​project activity planning proceeded from the specific needs of organizations and learners: developing digital skills for adults with the practical application of the requirements of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, national legislation in both countries and modernization of the training courses provided so far (such as methods and contents). The planning of this project aims to generate positive and lasting impacts on the participating partner organisations, the specific people involved in its implementation.

During the first phase we collected, summarized and analyzed the available information on the regulation in both countries regarding personal data protection and cyber information security; we compared and evaluated the available training programs and training resources for them, evaluating which part of them are applicable for elaboration and adaptation to the needs of distance learning; at the end we created detailed reports on the current situation regarding the application of cyber security and data protection. During the second phase we developed the syllabus and the entire content of the Cyber security course. We have created the digital platform for carrying out the online training course. After creating and preparing the course materials, we uploaded them to the platform. Consequently we also organized the training courses in the two countries. In the end we also created a Cyber Security handbook in three languages which was uploaded to the digital platform.

Lavorando insieme abbiamo sviluppato e rafforzto la capacità delle organizzazioni partner nel campo dell'apprendimento degli adulti particolarmente nel settore della cyber security e la protezione dei dati. Abbiamo migliorato la qualità dei corsi che offriamo facendoli più interessanti e svolgendoli in modo interrattivo utilizzando strumenti moderni. Tramite il corso di formazione abbiamo sensibillizzato il tema della cuber security e la protezione dei dati tra persone singole come utenti singoli ma anche tra le aziende a livello professionale.
