The project's objective was for to foster a change in the behavior of fathers in order to give women the opportunity to reconcile motherhood and work. Childcare and family management are almost always the sole responsibility of women / mothers. The aim was therefore to raise awareness among fathers and understand their importance of their role in this area so as to rebalance the tasks and responsibilities within the family on both parents. The specific objectives were to make fathers aware of: 1) the need for working mothers to be able to continue working and not to have to choose between maternity and work; 2) the importance of their role in the care and growth of children; 3) the importance of its own contribution in the management of the family and the home. The priorities that have been selected are the following: 1) environmental sustainability: in every organizational phase attention has been paid to the eco-sustainability of the activities. Moreover, environmental-friendly behaviour has also been promoted in the formulation of the training content; 2) inclusion and diversity: both the training activities carried out "at a distance" and the mobility have guaranteed an inclusive participation.
