The priorities of this project are inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, and the topic of our project is creating inclusive environments in the classroom for preschool students, to boost their learning. All the objectives we set are derived from this priority. The other focus for us is developing high-quality early childhood education and the objectives we set are all referring to preschool students, preschool teachers and preschool institutions.

All the activities of a Small-scale Partnership must take place in the countries of the organisations participating in the project. Details about each project activity: - Diversity in classrooms: supportive and inclusive education . Curriculum design and programming to support all students - Effective teaching and learning strategies to support all students - Monitoring inclusion of students to prevent early school dropout Activities in the classroom During the 18 months of the project, various activities were carried out in the classrooms. By mutual agreement it was decided to assign an activity to each participating school: - Who are we? How are we the same? How are we different? Inclusion of multicultural groups (all partners) - Our senses. Tell me how it feels. (Turkey) - Do girls wear pink and boys wear blue? Breaking gender stereotypes (Italy) - My family tree- Inclusion of students with migrant backgrounds (Bulgaria) - Be my friend – Teamwork in an inclusive classroom (Greece) - Hello, my friends! – Celebrating multilingualism (Romania) - Celebrating diversity (all partners)

Here are the different impacts we noticed (in both teachers and pupils): - interest in other countries and their culture; - knowledge of life and studies in partner countries; - tolerance towards different cultures; - welcoming and valuing each student in his uniqueness - knowledge of one's own culture; - motivation to study foreign languages; - ability to use information and communication techniques; - knowledge of the European Union; - social skills; - ability to work in a team; - building long-lasting relationships with teachers from partner institutions
