Summary

The project aimed to address the following issues the polarisation of opinions on social media the social phenomenon of the deterioration of cognitive, emotional and relational skills Poor digital literacy in terms of soft skills Poor attitudes to using digital media to promote culture, in-depth knowledge and accurate information. This is why we decided to apply to help combat the problem of social addiction and the consequences listed above.

Objectives

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: To contribute to making the digital world a place that promotes culture, accurate information and critical, constructive and dialogical thinking; SPECIFIC: *Reducing the time spent on social media by promoting correct surfing; *Develop an attitude and culture of correct information among adults, for example through digital newspapers or magazines or other accredited sources.

Activities

Specifically, the project developed an accessible and intuitive Open Educational Resource (OER) learning platform for low-skilled adults (aged 35-65). The platform offers targeted pathways to acquire basic digital skills to navigate the web effectively, accompanied by a practical vademecum on conscious and slow navigation.
