โ–ถObjectives

The main objectives of the project were to support NGOs and informal groups with their respective youth workers. This support involved enhancing their awareness and knowledge of project management and developing a strategy to evaluate and increase the impact of their strategies and actions, particularly focusing on education and digital education. Additionally, the project aimed to create a new tool, especially usable on digital channels. To achieve the objectives, the project: - Developed an evidence-based theoretical tool and development model for evaluating the societal impact of youth workers, informal groups, and organizations with a focus on education and digital education. - Created an innovative and tested multidisciplinary curriculum for promoting digital education and improving project management quality. - Enhanced the competences of youth workers, trainers, project managers to effectively engage in the "impact-making" process. - Raised awareness about importance of project management and the necessity of a strategy to evaluate impact. - Establish a network of organizations actively involved in promoting the topic. - Developed the "Wheel of Impact," a comprehensive tool for analysis, evalution and awarenes rising.
