Objectives

Objectives of the project has direct link with selected Priorities - Improving the competences of educators and other adult education staff and Promoting Erasmus+ among all citizens and generations. Partners planned to increase capacity to operate at transnational level, share ideas of different cultures, practices methods, based on traditions. Project had focus also on intercultural dialogue and because of that partners wanted to involve to the project participants with different cultural and social backgrounds: ethnic and national minorities, migrants and refugees, representatives of different religions, etc. with the aim to share European diversity and common European values. This project was the first Erasmus+ program project for all partners.

Activities

Project activities were: 5 transnational meetings and LTTA for exchange of best practices; 10 local meetings and activities (2 / partner); monitoring and evaluation process; dissemination and multiplication of the project results; project management; creation a video files as a tool for online learning. Partners discussed the different backgrounds and difficulties affecting disadvantaged groups in Europe and particular in project partners’ countries and regions, whether this is with newly arrived refugees, long term unemployed or migrants from other countries. Project partners provided advice on cultural heritage, traditional arts and crafts, marrying this together with the national traditions of the different national groups, using the results as a way to foster integration and understanding. The project like this was carried out transnationally as exchanging of good practices between European countries and learning new digital methods in adult education. The project brings added value at EU level through results that would not be attained by activities carried out in a single country.

Impact

Project results - new skills, knowledge and competencies of adult educators: 5 videos with 5 practical learning methods; 5 newsletters; learned programs CANVA for creation visual info and WIX for creation of web page. The main result of this project is development and improvement of educators' digital competences and creation of new learning opportunities for adult learners in Erasmus program. Creating an environment of inclusive learning and using friendly and relaxing atmosphere helped in the acquisition of competences of educators, adult learners and particularly people with FO. The impact of the project activities was really strong to all involved. Staff members and adult learners developed new competencies in teaching and learning. Participants of this project obtained new experiences and knowledge about European countries, cultures and people. Project helped to build mutual understanding between partners, educators and learners, between people of different ages and with different cultural and social backgrounds. All participants experienced recognition and improvement of their personal and interpersonal skills and their social competence.
