▶Objectives
The main objectives of the project are: 1) to explore and find new ways of teaching and learning STREAM subjects; 2) to develop and test creative approaches integrating STREAM subjects; 3) to engage and excite students in learning STREAM subjects; 5) to raise the level of achievement of students in science and technology learning.
▶Activities
The project implemented the following activities: - Teacher exchanges. Teachers teaching STREAM subjects had the opportunity to visit partner schools and observe the teaching process first-hand. They had a great opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation. - Student exchanges. Students also had the opportunity to visit partner schools, to work in groups with students from another country and to exchange experiences. Importantly, the student exchange was based on a newly developed methodology. - project management activities. During these activities, teachers and school administrators worked remotely to develop the methodology, share experiences and plan the implementation of further project activities.
▶Impact
Key project outputs and results: 1) A new methodology integrating STREAM subjects has been developed and adapted for use in education in different countries; 2) Provided an opportunity for teachers to exchange experiences in applying the STREAM approach; 3) New school partnerships were created and collaborative links strengthened for the future; 4) a space for methods to engage in interdisciplinary communication;
