โ–ถObjectives

The project aims to achieve the following objectives: 1. Develop an educational program and an online course for building resilience and stress resistance, improving physical health and psychological wellbeing for young adults and senior citizens suffering from the negative consequences of Covid- 19 crisis. 2. Reduce negative consequences of global health crisis for health and wellbeing. 3. Address the needs of the two the most vulnerable social groups suffering from the long-term consequences of Covid-19: young adults and senior citizens. 4. Develop an innovative non-formal learning methodology based on storytelling for adult educators that will increase their competences and give them educational tools to help learners to cope with stress and grief and to improve their physical health and psychological wellbeing. 5. Develop non-formal adult learning material. 6. Make positive social impact by providing useful educational tools for many stakeholders at the local and international level, including senior organizations, youth centres, local governments, research centres and etc.

Local activities with communities (young adults and senior citizens) to reduce negative consequences of global health crisis for health and wellbeing. 4. Developed an innovative non-formal learning methodology based on storytelling for adult educators - https://back2normal.eu/storytelling-non-formal-learning-methodology/ 5. Developed non-formal adult learning material (audio, video storytelling) - https://back2normal.eu/stories-2/ and https://back2normal.eu/audio-storytelling/ 6. Dissemination activities (dissemination register - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nSbYA5oW5MD8saI0qbV6Ww1ICnsT6JYg/edit#gid=551040823 )made a positive social impact by providing useful educational tools for many stakeholders at the local and international level. 7. Project management activities developed international communication skills. 8. Encouraged young adults and elderly to cooperate and learn from each other. 9. Developed non-formal adult learning material (audio, video storytellings). 6.Created Webinar: "Stories about Corona: how to use storytelling in building resilience of young adults and senior citizens" 7. Implemented dissemination events Project results are available here - https://back2normal.eu/ Provided 4 online modules that based on theoretical explanation (3 powerpoint slides with recorded voice) 4 written stories, 12 video interview, 10 audio-video storytelling, 10 inspirational video, ) gave opportunity for self studying and discussion in groups. Developing an innovative non-formal learning methodology based on storytelling for adult educators that increased 230 adult educators competences and give them educational tools to help learners to cope with stress and grief and to improve their physical health and psychological wellbeing; Providing the opportunity for people suffering from long-term consequences of Corona crisis to tell their story (4 written stories, 12 video stories), share their experiences and get support from peers and professionals, - encouraging participants to take responsibility for improving their health and wellbeing, helping others and making positive social impact; The adult educators-practitioners were also provided with the methodical material that help them to encourage social participation, mental and physical health and wellbeing of people, especially young adults and senior citizens were involved in learning process in each partner organization. The members of project partner organizations, who were directly involved in the development of the intellectual outputs developed their communication, project management, financial and time management skills, also, English language skills, conflict-solving skills, working as a team, dissemination skills and digital skills.
