Achieved: CONSORTIUM have created a strong network of different organizations which represent, in their local contexts, their nations and explore new ones have shared our common problems and needs with the aim to find a common base of cooperation/understanding have managed a long-term cooperation process. Partners have improved their level of knowledge on EU, Culture, Arts, Creativity, Literacy skills. Improvement for adults have strengthened the role of adult education providers in the EU have solved any eventual conflicts among partners involved in a long and challenging project. EDUCATORS have tried and mastered a clear method to conduct readers clubs, reading labs. EDUCATORS have experienced and perceived the sense of responsibility of belonging to an international team which have developed in them a more European dimension of work have trained them on EU topics, EU guidelines. EDUCATORS have experienced how realized book trailers and creative expressions provided teaching skills more ready to meet the real learning needs of adults, helped them better understand the potential of adult education in Europe to improve the cultural level of all, gave them a clear identity as 'innovators' and 'multipliers' in a deeper sense of general competence, more in line with the EU recommendation. They acquired cultural and creative competences, creating the identity of pedagogues in the field of European adult education, developed mentoring and coaching competences in them, very useful in the teaching profession, improved their English language competences, improved relations between them and with adult learners. LEARNERS. Adult learners have discovered a love of reading, writing and creative expression through the arts, given the freedom to read quietly as 'me time' to themselves or to work in a group, without judgment or grades, but towards a common goal. They learned a method of developing quality reading and writing skills, expression/communication skills, literacy/digital/artistic and cultural competence in one definition, how to create, plan and produce book trailers and video shoots. In general, showed them that the different stages of the learning process brought them to other countries where they had not really been in their lives, developed their English language competences, gave them the ability to understand various aspects related to the book, narrative style, author's choices, story development, characters. Participating in the project's training opened them to the minds of writers and cultures they would never have known (this also applies to teachers and organizers). Project activities for TERRITORY have had a significant impact on the media, new partners and stakeholders who support the cultural sector, created a product that is accessible to a wide range of users, including writers, publishers, and raised awareness of the work of various partners in the education sector for adults. Learners improving their literacy skills encouraged the adult education organizations participating in the project to look for more innovative forms of education and expanded the areas of activity.
