▶Objectives
The project aimed to support adult education organisations and adult educators in the pathway for digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training by developing the Learning Hub “Digital Transformation”. Six objectives of the project were defined as follows: 1. To support the resilience and build the capacity of adult education organisations and their educational staff to implement digital transformation for high quality inclusive online training. 2. To develop the digital skills of adult educators-practitioners to deliver high quality inclusive online training. 3. To create the assessment tool to evaluate the digital competences of adult educators with the possibility of awarding micro-credentials. 4. Supporting adult educators-facilitators to provide online training on digital transformation for adult educators-practitioners. 5. To integrate digital technology into subject-specific online training on gender equality. 6. To promote the inclusion of adult learners facing gender discrimination barriers in the labour market and society. Thus, the objectives of the project were defined according to the needs of the four target groups of the project.
▶Activities
In order to achieve the defined objectives, the following main activities took place: *Project management and implementation activities to achieve all planned results in an effective way and with good quality. *Creation of the Learning Hub “Digital transformation” with three results. *Development of an Assessment strategy to evaluate the digital competences of adult educators with the possibility to obtain a micro-credential. *Piloting the Hub with 50 adult educators-practitioners. *Piloting of the Short Online Course (SOC) for adult learners “Gender equality in the labour market” including 4 modules with 46 adult learners including those facing gender discrimination barriers in the labour market. *Development of the e-Guide “Facilitation of the Learning Hub “Digital transformation” consisting of 4 dedicated guidelines and covering the objective: to support adult educators-facilitators to provide online training on digital transformation for adult educators-practitioners. *Dissemination of the project activities and results to raise awareness of the importance of implementing digital transformation plans and quality measures within AE organisations and to ensure greater impact and sustainability of the project results.
▶Impact
The 6 results were produced and available as OERs in the e-learning platform and promotional materials on the project’s website during and after the completion of the project. The Learning Hub “Digital transformation for high quality online training" including three results: 1.e-Toolkit “Quality assurance for digital transformation in adult education organisation to high-quality inclusive online training”. 2.Assessment tool to define the adult educators’ digital competences for delivery high-quality inclusive online training. It includes the possibility to obtain micro-credential “Digital Transformator”. 3.Open Online Course (OOC) “Developing adult educators’ digital competences for digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training”. 4.E-guide “Facilitation of the learning Hub “Digital transformation”. 5.Short Online Course (SOC) for adult learners “Gender equality in the labour market” was developed as a good practice of integrating digital technology to the subject-specific online training. 6.The Project’s website, the leaflet about the project and four newsletters and social media were developed for dissemination purposes, including a short description of the project, partnership, results.
