โถObjectives
The consortium members got involved in the GLOBDIVES project with the objective to get its teaching staff and students familiar with the concepts of diversity management and global citizenship. The 5-ECTS course on DM&GC has been introduced in the curriculum of students enrolled in the various Faculty of Economics and Business Administration as an elective course. Future graduates will have the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge from this course in various aspects of their life: professional and personal. At the same time, another goal was that, regardless of the courses taught, professors would receive guidance for introducing aspects of diversity management and global citizenship in their teaching activities through the instruments and trainings provided through the project. These professors will thus be able to face the different challenges provoked by the growing number of diverse students in their classrooms and solve potential difficult situations that might occur. The university teachers will have more knowledge in choosing the proper pedagogical framework to teach Diversity Management and Global Citizenship related courses (by means of IO1 โ Common European Pedagogical Framework for course design on GC & DM).
