Activities

The 24-month work plan was meticulously organized with partners collaboratively preparing for application submission, defining roles, and scheduling activities. Translational Project Meetings: Four 2-day meetings with predetermined locations and objectives. The kick-off meeting outlined administrative processes. 2. Communication: Ongoing through emails, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and phones. A common space on platforms like GoogleDrive stored relevant information. 3. Monitoring and Evaluation: Internal continuous monitoring and evaluation, with responsible partner (KPDoNE) ensuring quality assurance. 4. Dissemination Activities: Led by ITE (P3), involving the General Dissemination Strategy, national plans, and various activities promoting project outcomes. 5. Intellectual Outputs: o DIGIT4SEN Instructional Guide: Developed based on target group needs. o e-Learning Training Course: Included trial training and a pool of digital educational materials. 6. One Joint Staff Training: Hosted by UAB “ERUDITO” in Lithuania. 7. Trial Training Course (O2): Involving teachers/SEN staff with feedback guiding product improvements. 8. Pool of Digital Educational Materials (O3): Developed as part of the project.
