VsI Socialinių inovacijų centras decided to create an additional product, the 'Motivational Tools Kit,' during the implementation of the project 'Motivation and Time Management in Distance Learning' (No. 2021-1-LT01-KA220-VET-000032923). This decision stemmed from the observation that there was a discernible need for an extra tool to significantly enhance the quality of the project's existing outcomes and contribute to the project's overall sustainability. The 'Motivational Tools Kit' has been designed with the specific aim of boosting students' motivation for distance learning while also fostering their psychological well-being and enhancing learning outcomes. It was noted that the project results outlined in the initial project application did not comprehensively address the crucial aspect of motivation. Therefore, the creation of this toolkit was deemed essential to complement the existing project results, ensuring a more comprehensive approach to the topic and enhancing the overall effectiveness and impact of the project.
