Project objective is to promote adult education at local level by development of recommendations for improvement of adult education coordination and governance at local level. We think that most impact was in time of discussions about challenges and recommendations for improvement of AL coordination and government. Adult learning coordinators (in Latvia) and career guidance specialists and AL training providers (in N.Macedonia) were very active in supporting project results therefore we consider that project was highly successful. In each discussion was reached and involved more participants as planned in the project proposal. Results disseminated through partners homepages and other platforms which is used by persons involved in AL coordination like http://muzizglitiba.gov.lv/node/269, https://epale.ec.europa.eu/lv/content/secinajumi-no-diskusijas-par-pieauguso-izglitibas-veicinasanu-pasvaldibas etc.

1), 2) 2 country reports are made: Report on adult education in local municipalities in Latvia and North Macedonia, including survey about adult learning coordinator job description. 3) Comparative analysis of the implementation adult education at the local level in Latvia and North Macedonia. 4) Published Conclusions from the 16 March 2023 discussion and Conclusions from the 16 May 2023 discussion about the recommendations on promotion of adult education in municipalities in Latvia and other publicity 5) Intervention models of adult learning coordination and governance at local level in Latvia and North Macedonia in English 6) Recommendations for Latvia and North Macedonia for strengthening future-oriented adult education coordination and management structures in Latvian, in English and North Macedonian.
