The SkillTrack project's goal was to transform education by integrating skills tracking to enhance self-led, learner-focused education. It aimed to make the learning environment more adaptable and efficient by targeting teachers, students, and educational leaders. Key objectives included: 1. Empowering Institutions: Encouraging schools to provide tailored programs and individual learning routes, meeting each learner's unique needs. 2. Boosting Teacher Skills: Providing educators with advanced methodologies and frameworks to better support student autonomy and skill assessment. 3. Creating a Skills Catalog: Developing a comprehensive catalog to help students form an internationally acknowledged skills portfolio, boosting job market competitiveness. 4. Improving Education Quality: Enhancing the quality and efficiency of learning, aiming to lower dropout rates through more engaging and personalized education. 5. Encouraging Collaboration: Promoting partnership among European institutions to share best practices and develop joint programs. 6.
