Also, this project aimed to transfer Work-based Learning practices of the employees in the partner countries to the digital environment.

โ–ถObjectives

The objectives for this project were: -To develop The Flipped Work-based Learning model that will facilitate digitization of โ€œVET and work-based learningโ€ and equip VET providers with the necessary competencies to use this model. (1) Work-based Learning needs of employees usually start with their curiosity about how a work is done or when they need to learn how to do work. The Flipped Work-based Learning model will provide this initial impulse with 'inquiry learning' practices and will encourage employees to start learning by making them curious. (2) The learning environment created on the basis of 'situated learning'. In a situation, the employee's acquisition new qualifications will be provided by using scenario-based learning and digital activity-based learning techniques. (3) The learning environment with colleagues in the form of Work-based Learning provided with the 'peer mentoring' technique. These objectives will help VETs and VET providers to fill the gap in work- based learning, which has become dramatically visible in the digital era. The project objectives were in line with the National call priorities in Latvia.
