Objectives

1: Improve the level of skills of 30 VET educators, trainers, teachers, and staff members of the organizations in order to have innovative and high-quality skills necessary to transmit new digital and accessibility skills to learners 2: Facilitate access of 150 learners to basic knowledge and skills in new technology (such as artificial intelligence algorithms, immersive technologies, 3D printing, etc), and accessibility methods, to be used in the cultural, tourism, social, or digital sectors. 3: Enhance the capacity of 18 organizations among VET providers, operators in the touristic, cultural, and social sector to renew their services; to make them more accessible and digital, with a view to greater inclusion and digital transition. 4. Encourage and develop innovative and inclusive approaches for the 6 participating organizations, in order to develop more attractive formal, non-formal and informal training programs and corresponding to individual needs and expectations; use methods participatory and digital; be more effective towards local communities; adopt new or improved practices to meet the needs of groups with fewer opportunities. 5. Implement and transfer innovative practices at local, regional, national and European level

Activities

There were three main activities implemented in the project: 1. Development of the Guidebook Guidebook of good practices along EU. 2. Development of the Toolkit. 3. Development of the training platform where courses are inserted. The project materials are available on the platform: https://artwin-euproject.eu/ in English, Latvian, Greek, Finnish, and Italian. The project’s results were tested in the training seminars, and 6 Multiplier events were organized in all the participating countries, where the project results were presented. The partners met regularly, both online and in three Transnational meetings. Regular posts in social media were ensured, e.g., https://www.facebook.com/digiheritage page has 339 followers and 317 likes in two years' period. The Facebook page is active after the project. The activities were carried out according to the plan and Partnership agreement. Promotion, dissemination, and exploitation activities were implemented according to the Promotion and Dissemination Plan, and monitoring, quality control & evaluation activities were carried out by the Quality & Evaluation Plan. Project management was carried out according to the Handbook and Workplan prepared by the Coordinator and was agreed upon by all partners during the 1st partnership meeting. It defined the management procedures, tools, and mechanisms, human and financial resources, communication procedures and tools, timetable, deadlines, project milestones, risk management, project products, and results. Finance and monitoring were a standing item on the project management meetings’ agenda. Quality was a standing item on the project meetings’ agenda. The project brochure was produced by a MODUS partner with input from partners and updated mid and end projects. • Project Logo was produced by MODUS partner with input from partners

Impact

PR1. 'ARTWIN Guidebook of good practices along EU', about new technologies and communication tools applied to the world of culture, tourism, and inclusion of disabled people to be gathered as a guide for the partnership to investigate which of them could be integrated into the PR2. PR2. 'ARTWIN Digital ProgramToolkit' This PR aimed to create training material that would provide the project’s target groups with the high-quality knowledge and skills needed to make art and culture accessible to all. Technologies such as augmented and virtual reality and artificial intelligence offer the opportunity to explore, thanks to special viewers, environments and places of the past, even lost, with immersive 360-degree experiences in animated spaces. 3D reconstruction allows new forms of use, also aimed at the blind and partially sighted, for which it is now possible to know and appreciate the works of art, not only statues but also masterpieces of painting. Diagnostic imaging - therefore CT, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound - allows you to explore works of art in depth, in a non-invasive way, providing valuable information that is not visible to the naked eye, such as dating work, its authenticity, its state of conservation, any restoration work. PR3: 'ARTWIN Platform' The ' e-learning Platform' is an open education digital platform that provides training material developed throughout the project. Is an innovative way to engage distant learners in the training procedure. This digital platform allows training to be conducted more efficiently by overcoming physical and time limitations. Moreover, the platform supports equal access to good quality education as everyone can access the training material and resources. It is addressed to the project’s target group. The developed materials are uploaded into different platform sections according to the target group. Different levels of access and admins are applicable. In addition, further materials for studying – including interactive sources will be able to be included in the platform, within each module, and also after the project. The project has resulted in a number of people with increased knowledge of the digital tools to be used in promoting culture (more explained in the next section).
