Objectives

The KNOWLO partnership wants to develop a brand-new framework for SMART learning organizations! This innovative new methodology will help teachers, trainers, and management staff step by step to become a learning organization and use their current potential to the fullest. The comprehensive Self-evaluation tool for VET schools/educational organizations will guide users in learning from each other, sharing best practices, and constantly improving. The project is implemented on the belief that this powerful solution will create a much more robust and valuable effect. The project aims to achieve easy access to personal & organizational progress by developing a SMART Learning Organization self-evaluation tool! This self-evaluation tool will be designed to provide a way for VET schools and educational organizations to assess their performance and effectiveness in their journey toward transformation from a traditional learning organization to a Smart Learning organization. The tool will help implement the project model of SMART Learning organization and the assessment is done on two levels – personal and organizational. It aims to achieve a culture of knowledge sharing through its implementation and make knowledge transfer easy.

Activities

There have been various activities that were implemented under the Project management and Implementation category. These activities were recurring and continued throughout the Project. The sustainable implementation aims to continue impacting and delivering results in the future post-project finalization. It comprises the following aspects that cover management, quality assurance, coordination, financial monitoring, and communication. The activities are further divided into the following three sections: A1. Project Management & Implementation: This section covers the category of various tasks and activities for Project monitoring to make sure the project is on the right track and monitor the development of the Project, in regard to results as well as financial matters. The project coordinator Marika Gederte from ICC duly assigned respective project tasks to the Knowlo project partners during the kick-off meeting of the Knowlo project. To ensure the Project's milestones were achieved in time and without divergence from the budget grant. Activities that have been carried out by the International College of Cosmetology •Management of the Project under the Grant Agreement. •Appropriate monitoring of the Project grant, and proper allocation of resources to achieve maximum output for the successful accomplishment of the project. •Overviewing of project tasks and ascertaining that the tasks & activities were carried out as per the defined work plan. •Project Financial Monitoring, such as grants disbursement and monitoring that project grants were utilized appropriately by each member of the consortium to develop Project Results & other activities. •Objectives and milestones: Centralizing all management aspects of the Project for correct reporting to the National Agency.
