We want to address Europe's complex challenges by developing new approaches to solving wicked problems. Our objective is to create a model and tool that enhances transnational capacities to address these issues using bottom-up social-planning processes. Specifically, we aimed to achieve the following: - Develop and evaluate a model for transnational inter-organizational cooperation in solving wicked problems. - Introduce a tool that will enable inclusive bottom-up social-planning processes. - Conduct a pilot evaluation on air pollution as an example of a wicked problem. - Establish a platform for addressing such challenges

To successfuly finish the project we have realised number of activities that we can divide them in Horizontal Activities: Through project management, we ensured smooth project execution, including managing finances, arranging consortium meetings, creating a project manual, and providing reports to the funding agency. This included quality assurance and dissemination. Activities connected with the project results: 1. conducted a state-of-art analysis on wicked problems, including literature reviews and creating a database of resources; 2 developed the SCORE E-tool for a holistic bottom-up approach to solving wicked problems, including defining technical structures and content; 3. created SCORE Model Guidelines to ensure the usability of the E-tool and methodology across various academic and policy-making contexts; 4. produced an Informative Kit for policymakers with key messages and guidance on addressing wicked problems; 5. Conducted pilot research on air pollution as an example of a wicked problem, including data collection, analysis, and reporting; and 6. established a sustainability web platform to enable long-term collaboration on wicked problems. Activities connected to transnational collaboration: A. organized four transnational project meetings to coordinate efforts among the consortium partners, and B. Launched promotional events in partner countries to present the project's tools and findings.
