▶Objectives
The project commenced with a comprehensive research phase, which focused on NEETs at both EU and partner-specific levels, as well as sectorial needs. This research triggered the development of an enhanced and innovative profiling tool designed to measure green and digital skill sets, as well as aid PES staff in guiding NEEYs into Green and/or Digital career pathways. Additionally, research findings informed the creation of two training programs centred on green and digital skills for NEETs, which underwent validation and mainstreaming processes to ensure readiness for accreditation submission. Involving stakeholders such as NEETs, employers, and PES staff ensured comprehensive input and alignment with all involved parties' needs. The project aimed to have PES and other entities adopt an improved profiling and training approach, enhancing NEETs' competences for the Green and Digital sectors. Ultimately, the project results were disseminated widely through participants’ networks with the aim of transferring solutions to other organizations delivering the Youth Guarantee in Europe.
