▶Objectives
The Beyond Capital project had the objective of strengthening the capabilities of social entrepreneurs and managers in managing the early stages through a personalized training program. Simultaneously, it aimed to improve cooperation with European partners in the field of social economy and to enhance understanding of the financial challenges in the sector. For example, CBE, a participant in the project, focused on reducing the risk of failure for new social economy businesses and on providing advanced financial training for social entrepreneurs and managers. The project's main goal was the empowerment of social enterprises, cooperatives, and non-profit organizations through advanced training. This enabled participants to acquire essential business and financial skills, while also promoting sustainable funding pathways and an entrepreneurial mindset. It was anticipated that this would positively impact participants, partners, and stakeholders, improving financial competencies and the ability to manage challenges resiliently.
