โ–ถObjectives

The project aimed to break the cycle of discrimination, isolation, and self-destruction by implementing a system of inner development of self-confidence. The goal was to empower individuals, regardless of their background or culture, to overcome blockages, gain self-confidence, and become strong individuals with a belief in their own abilities and competences. By addressing personal circumstances, traumas, emotional challenges, cultural and family backgrounds, the project sought to provide individuals with the tools to face the world and their own challenges in a positive way. The project also aimed to enhance existing educational programs by incorporating an individual-focused approach that considers the specific needs and challenges of learners. By integrating techniques and skills for personal growth and self-development, the project sought to support individuals in overcoming convictions, limitations, emotions, traumas, and burdens that hinder their progress. The goal was to help individuals leave the past behind, gain self-confidence, and create a better future. The target group consisted of professionals working with the Roma community, the beneficiaries were individuals from the Roma community who required support.
