With this Erasmus+ subsidy we want to give a boost to the development of SOL units in different countries becoming SOL 2.0 forward-looking learning centers. The creation of a forward-looking learning center takes several years. We received the SOL 2.0 Erasmus+ subsidy to experiment with one practical example (describing best practices on the effects of developing a learning culture in profit and non-profit organizations) as if this was solved by a SOL 2.0 forward-looking learning center. We focussed ourselves on the research question: “Does the creation of a learning culture in an organization leads automatically to Life Long Developing and / or up-skilling pathways? And if so, what are its characteristics?”
