Our objectives were to determine the issues, determine the student groups, collaborate and brainstorm for possible ways to deal with them, and begin support and interventions. Using resources from the community, school, and others. With this collaboration of the teachers and students, want to stimulate and promote innovative teaching and learning -practices and the acquisition and development of existing and new skills. These would include language (English, German) and mathematics. Creating tutoring teams made up of students, possibly family members, and teachers at each of the partner schools will not only provide support for their students but also those of their partner schools. To also increase the availability of social contact and provide new friendships and opportunities to communicate with other students in their own and other countries. This will give them more contact and chances so they can talk and share their personal experiences. To create a learning platform that would connect both teachers and students and possibly other family and community members to expand the social contact circle. To support and contribute to the advancement of the Social responsibilities of the partner schools.

Our project included but was not limited to: Open evenings for recruitment and dissemination, recruitment and training of tutors both students and others, collaborative sessions with community members, parents, teachers, and students, interviews with professionals and business owners who were affected by the pandemic, Panel discussions and round table talks involving members from all areas of the community impacted, creation and implementation of student and community support to deal with the challenges as a result of the pandemic. A safe and supportive environment where students shared their own experiences before, during, and post-pandemic to support others and to further cope with themselves. Interviews with professionals in different sectors including health care, government, business, and education.

Our project has generated many support programs, networks, academic and personal support for students impacted both in groups and as individuals, information and resources for different communities, programs, and resources for schools and students. These include promising practices in the form of documents, films, templates for programs, instructions, and a manual for future disasters to be used in schools. We also have a series of videos that include participants sharing their personal experiences before, during, and after the pandemic, interviews with business owners, hospital workers, and other community members sharing their own experiences and thoughts about the future. Artwork, poetry, song lyrics, and infomercials that promote the project and its success. An open website with access to all the resources and materials. YouTube videos and Tictoc films.
