The objectives of the Young Boss project were set in the proposal as: - Create more awareness on (social) entrepreneurial opportunities amongst youngsters with lesser opportunities between 13-17 years old - Promote entrepreneurial behaviour and invigorate the development of entrepreneurial skills amongst youngsters with lesser opportunities between 13-17 years old - Provide practical tools to engage youngsters with lesser opportunities between 13-17 years old in (social) entrepreneurship Young Boss had as goal to reach these objectives by developing and testing a methodology which will engage youngsters with lesser opportunities in (social) entrepreneurship. Young Boss aimed to guide these youngsters from through all stages of developing their business idea, testing etc. up until the realisation of the business. This is directly linked to the selected priority which is focused on youth (social) entrepreneurship.
