▶Objectives
The needs analysis revealed that women desire jobs but face traditional roles like childcare, insufficient ICT skills, difficulties accessing education, time/space/transportation issues, and lack of knowledge and skills. We wanted to achieve these goals: •Developing an e-learning platform to reduce women's poverty and promote lifelong learning.. •Increasing employment of disadvantaged groups through education. •Proposing solutions for women's poverty. •Providing easy access to education services with distance modules. • Empowering women in career, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and financial literacy. •Creating a strong social education network for women. •Providing professional and personal development trainings. •Including women in the social network with user-friendly mobile applications and e-content. •Contributing to digital transformation in adult education. •Creating a user-friendly e-learning platform. The project aimed to enhance the social and economic inclusion of a target group by enhancing their basic skills, digital/financial literacy, and entrepreneurship through innovative methods like gamification, scenarioization, and layered curriculum, which have not yet gained widespread adoption in adult education.
