The project aims to make self-employment a viable option for migrants and displaced people in Europe, including those returning to their countries of origin, by training educators to use innovative entrepreneurial tools developed by the partners. Central to the project is the implementation of the @Home in Transition methodology, combining digital tools and face-to-face mentoring. The main target groups include educators working with adult migrants, migrants and displaced individuals, and citizens affected by poverty and conflict, recognizing that local communities are part of the migration ecosystem. The project fosters social inclusion by guiding beneficiaries toward employment and entrepreneurship. It enhances participants’ skills and knowledge through tailored learning pathways and updates to the curriculum aligned with current migration realities. Trainers will also be introduced to digital support tools to boost training effectiveness. By involving stakeholders such as employment agencies and local authorities, the project also promotes wider adoption of digital methods. The partners, as learning organizations, are committed to advancing entrepreneurship education for underserved groups.
