The first objective is to understand the teaching methods, techniques and philosophies in other countries and compare them with our program at the same time we can teach these other countries on how we have worked on building a structure with the community to create a strong grassroots program. The second objective is to Embed lifelong learning principles into the training and development program and working with cultures in order to equip athletes with the aptitude and skills to pursue employment, either within sport or outside of it, throughout their career. The Third objective is to expose the athletes and coaches from each program to an international influence, this will increase the players knowledge about how the sport is run in different environments and it will give the players a better idea of how they can personally progress on their development pathway.
