▶Objectives
Main objective of this project is to contribute to strengthening community resilience by targeting adult community members. OBJECTIVES: O1: Raise awareness about the importance of actions aimed at resilience by introducing CSOs to community resilience concept and practical approach towards capacity building / development in adult education; O2: Equip educators, project managers, community workers with tools and methodologies which will enable them efficiently target adult learners and assess impact of their actions towards resilience; O3:Develop OERs (Open Education Resources) to provide practical help to CSOs engaged in field work with adult learners, increasing awareness of risks and opportunities brought by digitalization; O4: Foster changes at community level by engaging adult community members in project implementation and evaluation of actions toward resilience, raising their awareness of urgent need of upskilling; O5: Equip CSOs with the needed skills and resources to take the most advantage from networking, national and international cooperation.
▶Impact
CSOs equipped with tools and methodologies that enable them reach adult learners, involve them in the process and promoting resilience approach and increasing awareness of risks and opportunities brought by digitalization. Designed OERs provides practical help to CSOs engaged in capacity building / development actions towards reslience.
