The objectives of the DLSWC project were focused on improving digital literacy at a European level, particularly among staff and volunteers of Social Welfare Centers (SWCs) and the marginalized communities they serve. The key objectives included: 1. Facilitating the exchange of best practices between organizations active in digital literacy. 2. Developing and Implementing Digital Literacy Programs to enhance the competencies of SWC employees and volunteers in this area. 3. Identifying and strategizing around future EU funding and new opportunities to develop a European-wide standardized digital literacy program. 4. Strengthening a network of organizations active in digital literacy in the social sector and promoting their collaboration with other stakeholders like local municipalities, corporations, youth organizations, etc., to increase their impact. 5. Contributing to the development and enhancement of the digital literacy programs of each of the project partners in their respective regions. 6. In the long term, the project aimed to contribute to enhancing digital literacy thinking and practices among SWC staff and volunteers of the project partner countries.

1. Mentor Handbook: A detailed guide was developed for training and guiding Social Welfare Center (SWC) staff and volunteers in digital literacy. 2. Training Program: A comprehensive training program was created to supplement the mentor handbook, providing structured learning for digital literacy.
