Primary School No. 5 in Swarzędz implemented teacher training projects within the Erasmus+ program. The team of teachers who took part in these trainings, expanded their base of international connections, introduced new solutions and good practices learned while observing the work of other european countries teachers, and as the next step, they wanted to involve students in an international cooperation. An excellent opportunity to implement this intention are projects of international cooperation between schools. We invited schools that have similar needs to us, to cooperate. Through the eTwinning platform, got in touch with the future coordinator from the primary school in Recale, Italy, and from the primary school in Hrvatska Kostajnica, Croatia. Each side was eager to join the project on cultural diversity. Schools submitted to the joint project indicated the need to develop intercultural dialogue, because they function in environments where immigrants with children come. They have some experience with this and were willing to share it. Showing a broader horizon of cultural diversity was to support the process of opening up to new experiences in international contacts.
