By implementing the project, we wanted to share our expertise and contribute to the development of dance teaching field, as well as learn from other professionals. We wanted to foster innvoation in our daily work of teaching dance and working with dancers, get to know new teaching methods (especially regarding international cooperation) and get inspired by other teachers from different country. We also believed that by implementing the project we can establish professional connections and relations with teachers from abroad. Collaborative partnerships can generate many exchange programs and also new development opportunities
