The project was implemented by chambers of industry that associate entrepreneurs. The chambers live on membership fees and do not have their own financial resources for the implementation of training activities. In Bulgaria and Poland, staff report the need for professional development in the field of adult education in terms of participation in specialized workshops in which they will acquire new knowledge in the field of conquering new markets, in particular, they report the need to acquire knowledge about new markets, legal aspects of functioning on these markets, communication with potential investors / recipients of products, including information and communication technologies, i.e. digital tools, which in today's world and difficult operating conditions due to the negative socio-economic effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic are an extremely important issue in functioning on the market as and undertaking export activities.

The aim of the project was to improve the quality of work and practices of the partners of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bialystok and the Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria. An important aspect of the project was building the organization's capacity for international and cross-sectoral work. These goals were met by both organizations. Project participants developed skills, qualifications and competences, learned about modern methods of entering new markets and ways of communicating with a new market using ICT. Project participants also established cooperation and friendships that will bring measurable benefits in their professional lives. Professional competences improved. A Good Practices Guide has also been created.
