We have identified a fundamental gap in sustainable education and training development, filling this gap was crucial for us to shape new organizational cultures and business models contributing to the achievement of an ambitious European agenda Green Deal in the next three decades because we expect a significant increase in demand for qualified leaders and managers who can manage sustainable development of enterprises in the pursuit of achieving carbon neutrality in Europe. The potential for achieving this goal lay in establishing cooperation with international partners and exchange of good practices in education and training in the area of corporate’ social responsibility, ESG and sustainable development. The cooperation of partners in the field of sustainable development and green solutions, gave the ability to respond to the needs of employers in building and developing professional competences. The project was a response to the lack of good practices in education and training for sustainable development, strategic knowledge and sustainable development management skills.
