Objectives

Our main objectives were: - to review the existing range of projects and initiatives for youth financial education, - to create and test a financial education tool for young people, - to increase the ability to understand basic financial education slogans among young people, - convincing young people that finance should not be treated as a taboo subject. We wanted to create a financial education program for young people that would give tools to both educators and young people themselves to acquire this knowledge. Financial education support at the beginning of a career path provides better opportunities for excluded youth as well. By creating a training manual, we gave educators a ready-to-use tool for working with young people. The publication on good practices in Poland and Spain indicates which methods have worked in these countries in the financial education of young people.
