The main objective of the project was to improve and strengthen the competences of women working in the cultural and non-governmental sectors, as well as to promote intercultural dialog in order to build more resilient organizations which drive positive social changes related to more equitable and inclusive communities. Specific objectives were: – improve access to non-formal education and increase the number of adult learners supported by NGOs and cultural centers – increase the level of effectiveness and professionalize the activities of participants in the communities with which they work – increase women's competence in transformational leadership, building strong communities, selfcare and anti-burn out technics etc. – strengthen the role of NGO and cultural leaders in social change and in current global and local circumstances – develop strategies for building stronger organizations and cultural/custom activities – build a strong network of participants – strengthen organizations after the crisis
